Cats Protection League Canterbury was set up in 1971 with the aim of relieving suffering and distress of cats and kittens within the Canterbury area. Our cattery and office are situated in Woolston, Christchurch where surrendered cats and kittens are cared for and put up for adoption.
We run a very successful desexing programme called 'The Feline Fix' where people who cannot afford the normal cost of desexing are assisted, as well as providing advice and other services.
