Harbour Hospice provides free, specialist palliative care to families across the Hibiscus Coast, North Shore, and Warkworth/Wellsford. Our dedicated team supports turoro/patients, families, whanau and carers at home and in our three hospice sites—medically, emotionally, spiritually, and culturally, with an emphasis on helping people live every moment in whatever way is important to them.
While partly funded by Health New Zealand, we rely on community support to bridge the gap and to continue to offer specialist care and support free of charge.
